  • I farted in public......and didn't blame it on anyone :smokin: I have a few badass things I could mention, but I'll pass on them and just go with this......I've lost 40 pounds, and hopefully can lose 65 more. First time in my life that I've been successful in losing weight. I'm loving how I look and feel. But seriously, to…
  • 10....pretty face with some rockin' hair!
  • Who needs measurements when you have those fab pics! Congrats on your success and thanks for sharing. It's a real inspiration!
  • My nephew has a problem with dark circles under his eyes and the Dr. said that it was due to a lack of good sleep and high levels of heavy metals in his system. He has Asperger's so he has to be given meds to 'slow down' at night in order for him to sleep, as the poor child's brain is constantly going 24/7. Don't know…
  • It ain't over til the fat lady sings.......and I ain't singing yet. :) Hitting a brick wall while trying to lose weight is utterly discouraging. The key is to not lose hope. Keep on pushing and you will get over this hump! Considering your health issues, you sound like you're doing a pretty good job of the diet part. I…
  • Good luck to you in your journey to weight loss!

  • I've been hearing so many bad things about sugar free stuff I avoid them when possible. May have one a month. I usually drink herbal naturally caffeine free fruit teas, with a splash of 100% fruit juice (no sugar added) to give it a little hint of sweetness. Lemon water rocks.
  • Good grief, you sure have some challenges to deal with as you try to lose weight! I wish you all the best in your weight loss journey! I'm trying to lose 100 # as well.....I'm 22 # in the hole so far (just started on this website yesterday that's why it's not on here)

  • Sometimes hitting rock bottom isn't such a bad thing, especially if it motivates you to do something about it. I keep myself motivated by getting naked and looking at myself in the mirror (if I don't have time for all that, I at least take my shirt off....my stomach and bat wings are enough). Anytime I don't feel like…
  • You sound like you have the motivation, now you just need to come up with a game plan. For me, I had to go with changing my diet and getting an at-home exercise DVD set as I'm at home with kids so leaving the house to exercise isn't possible. Right now I'm using Hip Hop Abs by Shaun T and just finished Rockin' Body by…
  • I've had enough too! Tired of looking at myself naked in the mirror and seeing fat, fat, fat. Getting motivated is the first step, then put it into action. Come up with a game plan, don't allow for excuses, and get to it! I wish you all the best in your weight loss journey.
  • Making a change is a scary thing. Just surround yourself with information about eating healthy instead of listening to misinformed people that can harm you with incorrect diet information. You can do it! Feel free to add me if you wish! I wish you good luck in your journey to better health!
  • I'm 5'5" and 233 # so we're in the same boat ;) . I don't know how much time I can be on the community part of this website, but I'll do my best to encourage you when I can. Feel free to add me if you want. Just remember, doing SOMETHING is better than nothing. Even if you don't shed pounds like crazy, anything you're…
  • Drink a lot of water when you feel hungry. It will fill up your stomach and you will benefit from the water intake as well. Always works for me!
  • Change can be a scary thing. While I'm a bit disappointed that your boyfriend dumped you for you trying to get fit, I'm glad you are trying to get yourself healthy. Perhaps a bit of time away from each other is a blessing in disguise. Maybe being away from you will make him realize how much you were in his life, and how…
  • I think that if you've been on the weight loss journey long enough, you will hit a brick wall as you have from time to time. I think that's quite normal. I'm not sure what causes it.....maybe it's our bodies trying to adjust to all the change. In any case, don't get too discouraged, give it a little time, maybe add some…
  • Feel free to add me. I don't know how often I'll be on the community part of this website, but I'll do my best to encourage whoever needs it! Just remember that you are NOT ALONE in this battle. All of us on this site are trying to fight the same battle as you are. Strength is in numbers. I wish you all the best of luck in…
