I enjoy eating 3/4 cup of Fage 0% yogurt with 1/2 cup berries and 1 tablespoon raw honey. You can also add 1 tablespoon of chopped nuts.

Things I like to snack on are fage 0% greek yogurt with 1 tablespoon of flax seed and 1 tablespoon of agave nectar honey or brown rice cakes, grapes, carrots, pretzel slims, and apples.
