  • I love avocados! I put them in my sandwiches and on my veggie burgers. I love using it as a spread too. so yummy. I usually have between 2-4 a week.
  • I love it! to me it means I have sexy curves and I'm not a stick figure (you know, I have boobs and hips and a butt, not the body of a pre-teen boy.)
  • We are all going to rock this!! I'm 5'-4" and my current weight is 155lbs and I hope to be 150lbs by Valentines day! This is my first challange on here and I'm super excited.
  • I love Chia seeds! I make a gel with mine by putting 1/3 a cup of seeds with 2 cups of water into a container with a good lid on it. I then shake the liquid and put it into the fridge and in 10 minutes of have chia seed gel. I find the gel keeps me fuller longer then just using the seeds. I put the gel into my oatmeal in…
  • I use the machines. I'm not trained on how to do free weights, I don't know the proper way to stand and execute the skills for free weights. I always assumed the people on that side of the gym know how to use them without doing damage to their bodies. I like the machines because they have easy to understand instructions…
  • My esthetician suggested dry brushing to me last year. It's great for cellulite, ingrown hairs, and just general exfoliating. I noticed a difference when I started doing it last year and I haven't stopped.
  • to those people who answered with "my body" clearly you will have your body, you will always have your body (unless you are an alien body snatcher.) I'm thinking the whole point of this question is just for fun. If you read most peoples answer they not only state which celebs body they want but why. For me it would be Kim…
  • I tend not to go over and if there are days I want to eat more I'll exercise and earn more calories. I also cheat and don't count calories 1 to 2 times a week where I still try to eat healthy but let myself get away with more. It has been working out well for me so far, 10 pounds in 5 weeks.
  • I am also a competitive gymnastics coach and I coach between 25-30 hours a week. I don't include coaching in my cardio or strength training, I just made sure that I put my daily activity to what fits what most of my days are like. I hope this makes sense and helps.
  • My friend suggested the Dr Oz 15 minute work out which can be found online. it's easy but I can feel it working my muscles.
  • If I don't log those calories then it's like I never ate them
  • I eat them but only sometimes...If I do decide to eat those earned cals I never eat all of them. I eat just enough so that I'm not feeling hungry. Just be sure that you are eating enough calories per day though, you wouldn't want the body going in to starvation mode. Great job so far on MFP
