I tend to get hungry while bored. I get so bored I just want to eat. As you get closer to your goal weight, the weight is going to come off slower. It is going to be more difficult. I think the first time I tried it was in my German class in high school. It was great then. But so not worth the calories! I stopped eating it after an incident with peanut butter and nutella on bread. Bleck!

I think it is very reasonable. If your goal is just strictly weight loss then cutting calories is the best way to go. Walking with your dog would be a great way to exercise for the time being. Today I am on Day 29 of the Bikini Body Mommy Challenge. My goal through March is to make sure I am following the program all through March without giving up. Including cardio days! A pound or two of loss would be nice as well as I am getting closer to my goal weight.
