I had this debate, I logged my cleaning and felt like id cheated myself (i didnt eat the calories), but think its not great. I am no longer going to be doing that. I do think that sometimes people log cleaning to feel better if they over-eat.

It is generally normally to drop a lot of weight in the beggining and possibly some water weight. NO, water is water.....just drink it....nothing else should be counted really. as tea will de-hydrate you.

Listen hunni, if you have a massive deficiet you can go one of two ways - stop loosing or loose muscle and no size (obviously with some fat), its not good to do this and you should just work hard and eat right, that way you will prob loose a little bit before you go.…
