It's nice to keep track on here so you can see how far you've done and how far you have left, in terms of tracking I suggest a HRM with a tracker if you use the gym the machines will tell you, a pedometer that calculates steps…

no set weighing times for me, every few weeks in the evening when im at the gym. I dont have scales at home.... people tend to say weigh in the morning before eating and drinking after using the bathroom either in the same clothes or naked, which day is yoru preference, there is no right or wrong here x

So its WISHES WEDNESDAY... I am a fussy eater, I mean extreme fussy....I have about 151LB to loose....I am trying new foods all the time and still cant manage a healthy week!!! I would say if your not feeling hungry and your not Ill the deficit is fine, people often say you should eat all of yor exersice calories, personally I dont as I can burn up to 1500 calories when working out, so Im definately not going to eat 3000 calories a day, plus the burn average is always rough even…

Berrys advice is spot on, youa dd exersize to burn more calories if you require and for health benefits. You will do just fine x

For Squats they will still work, you have to remember that the bar weights nothing so the weights you puit on it is soley what you are lifting. the issue with the Smith Machine is the angle its sat at, not as affective a freeweights, but you will still gain from it, after all its better than doing nothing!
