For the reason of motivation, i think its ok. A lot of people are motivated by others pics and not to forgt but that what this site is about. Motivation and Encouragement.

I workout twice a day also and my calorie intake is 3500 for me to add weight. What works for me is to pre pare snacks for the day to have in between meals also a protein shake. I usually go over on my intake. Give it a try good luck.

Your body is drained because your body is trying to rebuild and it calling for protein. After you finish your workout get a protein shake or a lil breakfast. It should get u up

For the first couple of worouts I would suggest moderate weight. Reasoning is you want to focus on the correct way for each exercise. Once you get use to it then go up in weight at that point you should be able to figure out a good weight to use. Good luck!
