Exercise goal: To drag myself out of bed in the morning before work to make it to the gym at least 3x Nutritional goal: To reduce my portion size by 25%. Wellness goal: To sit outside and read one afternoon. If I can manage all of these, I will reward myself with a new pair of cute sandals :)
