  • If you are losing weight and tightening up the rest of the body, you will end up with killer legs and a killer butt. My opinion; rock the back side! That's my weakness on a woman. ;)
  • I grill mine. Coat lightly with Grapola grape seed oil (sweeter than olive oil), sprinkle on some crushed sesame seeds, grill 2-3 minutes, serve and enjoy!
  • Maybe I misunderstood what I read somewhere, but higher fiber=lower net carbs. So, if your pasta has 26g carbs per serving, and 9g of dietary fiber, net carbs are 17g, right?
  • Sounds good. Try using chopped mushrooms in place of bread crumbs or wheat germ. Gives you a nice healthy boost, without altering the flavor drastically, and those trying to go without gluten will still be able to enjoy it.

  • Actually, most natural sources of Vitamin A from veggies is in the form of betacarotene, which is not toxic. Vitamin A toxicity comes from processed sources (i.e. supplements), or animal liver.
