Less packaged foods and definitely more fiber/protein. I took a quick look at your diary and it seems that you are relying a lot on processed 'to-go' meals. I would suggest more whole foods, such as nuts, fruits, vegetables, along with a mix of whole grains and protein. I have noticed that they are much more satiating.…
