I have found that not one trainer or website agrees on what's right for weight lose, maintaining current weight, building muscle, etc. Everyone is different; do one suggestion for a month and if you don't see any results, switch to another....find which works for YOU. Good luck! :smile:

I like Kashi bars, they seem to be more filling and better for you than some of the other "sugary" cereal bars. The one I eat has 7g of protein and 4g of fiber, so it keeps me satisfied. On days I'm still needing a little more than just that, I add a 1/2 cup of blueberries. I make myself eat one at a time, if not I'd dump…

Welcome! I've been on and off myfitness for a while, and hopefully from now on I WILL CONTINUE TO STAY! It really helps you to see in WRITING what goes in your mouth! Plus, it's easy and free! I also like the Spice cake mix with pumpkin recipe, but I add 3/4 cup of water to mine. They are yummy, and my kids even love them!

someone gave me a good recipe using pumpkin also......pretty good and very moist muffins! 1 box of spice cake mix 3/4 cup of water 1 can of pumpkin (not pie mix) I think you cook at 350 degrees for 9-12 minutes.

This is a little late, but you can save this for another undecided day! If you are only wanting a small snack, I love light mozzarella string cheese. My 8 year old and I will see how long it takes us to "string" it! If you want something a little more filling, like one post said, a smoothie would be great! I love the Berry…
