hey there ! for breakfast I stick to egg omelets with lots of veggies, or oatmeal/granola with almond milk and fruits on top. lunch is either a sandwich on rye bread with veggies and fruit, or a Shakeology drink. I love Shakeology because it keeps me full and makes me feel awesome for the rest of the day (:
