I'm not trying to upset you but looking at your dairy it shows you need to visit the doctors. Losing weight by eating 400 kcals a day is doing serious damage to your body.

I just started T25 this week :)

I found the Day 1 workout difficult towards the end. I had no energy left but I stayed within my calorie goal which I was pleased with and I lost 1.5lbs in a day. Will be doing day 2 (speed 1.0) today.

I'm going to start week 1 again tomorrow. Hopefully I'll be able to stick to clean eating this time.

You should get the focus T25 workout. Its only 25 min workout but you sweat a lot.
