My before weight was 290lbs @ 5'6, my during picture (I'm still going) was 222 at the time of the picture. I've lost a total of 35 inches overall... 8 1/2 on my waist

Kinda a mix between Keto & Paleo. I've only recently lowered my carbs significantly to get into the ketogenic zone. I'm constantly switching my eating style up though so as not to let my body get familiar with anything & plateau. But Paleo has by far been my favorite way of eating!

3 slices Natural uncured bacon & 2 cage free eggs cooked with a tablespoon of coconut oil! Sometimes I throw some onion, bell pepper, tomato & mushrooms in with it! I'm Paleo btw!
