Everyone looks amazing! I am 5'11" and my starting weight was 207 pounds. With a lot of hard work and dedication, I am down to 148 pounds! For those of you still working to reach your goal, don't ever give up! Believe in yourself and continue working hard.

Thank you! I started at 207lbs! There's nothing more to it besides healthier eating, lots of water, absolutley no soda or juices, and a lot of exercise. I used a lot of Jillian Michaels workouts, and would highly recommend them! You can do it!

When starting, I was very strick with a 1,200 calorie diet; however, when I exercised I ate back at least half of my burned calories. I eat 5…
