I always have the skinny cow ice cream bars in the freezer. They're only 100 calories and are absolutely delicious. I also blend up frozen bananas with a little bit of milk and chocolate syrup. It tastes delicious.

I'd rather not get a shot that may or may not protect me against a virus. Yes, the flu sucks but the cons seriously outweigh the pros, imo. Plus, I'll just rely on herd immunity from all of you who choose to get it. :P

I also work and am in university, I agree that it's difficult to track when you're eating on the go so often. So I'm packing lunches when I'm going to be out all day and pre-log in the morning. Whatever is left in my bag at the end of the day gets deleted from my log. It makes it a lot easier.

Tonight I had diet coke chicken, corn, and asparagus. If you haven't heard of diet coke chicken, believe me when I say it's an amazing alternative to BBQ sauce.

I'd get a measuring tape rather than a scale. I'm going off of how my clothes fit. I'm a couple weeks in and the jeans that were previously tight now are a bit loose. I don't know how many pounds I've lost so far, but something is obviously happening! The scale gets me depressed when I accidentally gain a pound or lose…

I'd have a snack. Going to bed hungry is the worst... whenever I do that I wake up absolutely starving. I actually make sure to save some calories for a late-night snack. I take my dogs for a walk around 10pm and I'm always a bit hungry when I get back.

I love junk food (especially ice cream and chocolate). I'm trying to remember to log it before I eat it to make sure I can fit it in my day... that's a lot easier than dealing with the guilt afterwards while trying to burn as many calories as possible.

I take my dogs for a walk around 10-11 pm to stop myself from snacking. Then when I get home I can have a piece of fruit or something, chill for a bit, then head to bed. It's also cool outside and there aren't lots of people out and about.

I wish I had a 24-hour gym around. I go for all my walks/jogs with my dogs late at night (it's midnight and we just got home!)... it's cooler and there isn't as many people out and about.

it's the bigger bills that you have to worry about... you don't want to know what they do to get those. I don't mind strip clubs. We only have a couple bars/clubs in my city and the strippers is somehow the best bar...

If you want DQ, eat DQ... that's my stance on it. There's no reason to deprive yourself of something that tastes good. I love me a cappuccino skor blizzard. Do I eat one every day? No. But once every week or two is totally fine. Just make sure it fits in your day and you'll still lose weight.

I'm 5'6" and my goal weight is 140ish... I've seen a lot of girls on here wanting to be at 120lbs but I don't think that would look good on my body.

Add ice to your water. I also hate water but it goes down easier when it's ice cold. I am working to stop drinking soft drinks so I've been adding MIO drops to my water. It makes it taste a million times better.

I'm in! I'm going to try and do them all tonight when I get home from work - god help me! lol
-
Right now I go for a ~20 min casual jog 5 nights a week... but that's mostly to get my dogs the exercise they need lol. If they didn't need it, I'd probably skip it.

This is why I rarely weigh myself, I'd rather judge weight loss/muscle gain by measurements. Before and after pictures, as well as how my clothes fit, help too. F*** the scale.

I'm 5'6" and my current weight is hovering around 180lbs. My goal right now is 140lbs. I'd like to gain some muscle so if I'm more than 140 but lean and mean, that's alright with me.
