I really hope you're just forgetting to add some of what you're eating to your diary on here. If not, you're not taking in nearly enough calories. If you want to see improvement in your running you need adequate energy.

More info needed. I assume you run outdoors and not on a treadmill since you mentioned a running tracker? What did you have surgery for (back, knee??)

I'm so sorry you've had to deal with ignorant people feeling entitled to make judgments about your weight without having any clue about your condition. People can be so nasty sometimes. Don't let it get you down. They don't know you or your situation, and they don't deserve to anyway :)

I know how you feel. I'm 5'7, CW-117, GW-115 and people throw the "you're too thin" comments at me too. Go by how you feel, not by the number on the scale. If you feel healthy and energized then you're good. I don't think people realize that harping on someone being too skinny can be as hurtful and offensive as saying…

It depends on the person's height, build, age, etc. But, at 5'7 115-118 lbs I usually wear a size 2. Hope this helps :)

I've been an on and off user of MFP for under a year. Just started to seriously get back into it in time for summer. I've lost 31 pounds in about 11 months the healthy way. Would love to make some friends on here! :)
