To me it makes A LOT of difference. All the times I did not eat breakfast and made it a habit I gained weight. I ended up eating just one big meal a day around the evening time/night and it made me gain a lot of weight....

I usually give myself little cheat meals on my period... but drinking green tea and lots of hot drinks works and exercise.

Hey there... I am a university student second year. I understand your pain. I gained weight 1st year of uni, it was so hard to find something especially living in the dorm. You can add me. I also suggest eating a bunch of fruits in the morning. They are nutrious, delicious and filling and don't take time to prepare. also…

It did stall mine for a bit. HOWEVER I was losing inches and gotten a better shape. Also went back to losing same amount that I was losing before the exercise. You can lose a lot more while exercising by eating only healthy natural foods and fueling yourself before and after exercise... it will sky rocket your metabolism…
