  • I did P90X a few summers ago and I loved it! It worked very well for me. It was hard, but well worth it. I suck at push-ups and pull-ups!   • I did it for a month just before I got married and I only lost about 7 pounds but I really toned up. You lose more inches than pounds since muscle weighs more than fat. If you want the scale to talk happy to you as well then I would add in a second workout of pure cardio three to five times a week.
