Feel free to add me. I lost thirty pounds a year ago. Have been on a plateau for the last 8 or 9 months. Looking for support and motivation to get these last thirty or so pounds off.

I have been doing the same thing. I lost 31 pounds then in January I started losing and gaining the same 8 pounds. I can't get past it. I have tried no sugars, no carbs, no alcohol, more protein, no caffiene, the list goes on and on. I have tried 1200 cals and 1500 cals. I have done 30 day shred, zumba, jamie easons live…

My goal for this challenge is to lose 20 pounds. I have to stop looking at the weekends as freebie days. I eat too much or drink too many calories and then I blow the work I put in all week.

I am so in for this!! I would love to lose about 25 to 30 by 9/28. That is when I am going to Orlando with my mom. I actually want some vacation photos that I dont hate the way I look lol

Wow! Your town sounds amazing. I want to move to England super bad!! I live in Biloxi, MS. It's right on the coast. I am about 10 minutes north of the beach and about 10 minutes south of the country. The area I live in still has a small town feel, but it is slowly growing.

I thought he looked familiar too!! HA Now I know why lol. Great results though!!

I am 6 days into and I love it and hate it at the same time. I dread the workout and then I feel like I will die during it, but after I feel so accomplished and proud. Hopefully as time goes on the pre-workout dread will die down a bit. Usually when I do a routine there are some days I look forward to, but I have yet to…

That's awesome!! Congrats!

The cardio recovery day was very nice! I have realized that being sore is just part of these 60 days. I am starting to enjoy the soreness as I know it means change is happening!

I fell off the wagon from January until April. I gained 10 pounds.

Just finished day 4, cardio recovery. That was a nice workout. Much more mellow but still could feel the burn.

P90X was great for definition. I added in extra cardio every day, so I was able to still lose pounds, but I mostly gained muscle. Which at this phase in my journey I want to tone, but I am more concerned with losing the fat. P90X was a piece of cake compared to Insanity. I am dying during my insanity workouts. P90X is…

So I had some extra time yesterday and went ahead and did the day 1 fit test. So today was day 2 plyo cardio circuit. I just finished. And damn was it hard for me. I have knee issues so I have never been good with plyo. I couldn't keep up and had to take a few breaks towards the end. But I am proud of what I did do. Enjoy…

For years I thought one serving of Ramen noodles was the whole package. When I started MFP and really started reading labels I realized I was very wrong lol same with energy drinks, I thought one can was one serving but many of them are multiple servings.

What kind of results have you had if you don't mind my asking? Also, did you follow the diet that goes along with it?
-
Sweet!!! We can just post here for support, or would yall rather have a group? I'm excited!!!

I read the book From Fatigued to Fantastic. It is for Fibro patients and those with CFS. I am currently trying some of the recommendations in the book, such as d-ribose, coq-10, and adrenal stress end. I am thinking about getting the revitalizing sleep formula as well. I currently take 1.5 mg of melatonin nightly, but am…

The first time I did it I killed my knees, but as another person said on this forum, if you don't do it every day you will be fine. Jillian never intended it to be done for 30 straight days. It is recommended to do 2 days of 30 ds then one cardio day, then two days of the shred, followed by a cardio day, then a rest day.…
-
I was actually going to start the C25K program and the shred (again, lol) on April 1. Between those two I should be able to get two workouts a day!!
-
I am in. Because I wake up already at 315am for work Monday through Friday I won't be waking up earlier to workout, but I will do two workouts a day!

Yum!!! Thanks for sharing!

I think its fantastic that you lost all the weight while on depo. I gained all mine while on depo, even while counting calories and working out twice a day. Then I got off the depo and lost some of it while still counting calories and working out only once a day. I stayed off of birth control until after I was married.…
