I have been wanting to start this but I am a bit self conscious about running in public. I know my butt jiggles ALOT enough that it bothers me when I try to jog. Do any of you know of any good workout clothes that help keep the jiggle to a minimum?

I workout at home with workout dvds such as P90X and Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. I also use an elliptical at home and a stationary bike. Sometimes I jog, but rarely. I too am losing inches and toning, but the scale hasn't moved in weeks. Kinda discouraging to see the number stay the same, but I am down a pant size.

I don't use a gym. I have lost 25 pounds this year, not going full force all year lol took a few months off, by jogging, biking, and doing workout dvds. For the price you pay for a gym membership you could get netflix and have a ton of videos available on demand, or buy a dvd or two a month so you can get variations.

Stay within my calorie goal while all my friends, fam, and coworkers try to get me to eat junk. Wake up at 330am to go to work, then come home and workout for 30 to 60 minutes, then homework and housework. Apparently my coworkers go home and nap... naps aren't available in my world.

I still don't understand the net calories. Sorry if I am just dumb, but is that the deficit or the intake or something else. My BMR is 1610 My maintenance is 2160 So I eat 1610 even on non workout days, Not the 1200 MFP had me at? Do I eat back exercise calories?

So you don't actually hit your MFP calorie goal? You cut yourself off at 1600? My MFP calorie goal when I set it to maintain is 2160 calories a day... which is a TON since I have been eating 1200. I had similar issues for a couple months after coming off the pill. My period and Pms are still messed up and I came off it in like May.
