I agree. I like this quote. FOR ME it means that I can have a taste of things I love, but that I don't need to eat a whole piece of pie to enjoy it. I can balance my life out by having SMALL portions of things that I love, without giving up the hard work I have been doing. I love this quote!

Just did 10 minutes of D10 L2 and my back just couldn't take anymore. So I did some stretches instead. Did some research and apparently almost every exercise in L2 is bad for people with lower back problems (me).. which would explain why my back has been SO bad the last week. Ready to move onto L3 tmw!

My friend tried it and said it didn't work for her. She says it worked for her mom, but she thinks it is a mind thing, like her mom thinks it will make her eat less, so she eats less. I looked into it, and as I did I realized you don't lose weight any faster than with proper diet and exercise.

I am in the process of doing 30 DS right now. I didn't realize that you weren't supposed to do it every day, but I was until this past weekend. Level 2 killed me on the first day, so I did a different workout the next day. I also add in some extra workouts for the muscle confusion.

Are you saying that 1200 cal is too few of calories for someone not nursing and taller than 4'5"? Just curious. Because I am not nursing, not even a mom, and am taller than 4'5" but according to MFP, I should be eating no more than 1200 cal.

You need to figure out your bmr, I think that's what it is called. There is a tool for it in the "Tools" section.
