Hiyaa, just wondering has anyone tried the Bio-Synergy Body Fat Burner? I'm just wondering if it's worth a try. It's supposed to help burn fat and loose weight. Does anyone have any experience with this product? If so does it have any side effects and is it worth it?
I have a fairly healthy lifestyle, I do lots of walking (walking to work and back everyday, and weekends I look after horses so I'm hoping I do enough exercise!) However, I am having trouble cutting out the chocolate.. any one got any motivational ideas?! I'm just hoping to step this up a bit now.

Most of these products are placebos at best. But even they worked, it would be a temporary fix. If you want long term success, change your lifestyle. Educate yourself on nutrition. Implement a calorie deficit. The calorie deficit will let you lose the weight. The education will let you keep it off once it's gone. With the pills, fads, and gimmicks, in the best case scenario, you might lose some weight while you're on them; and in the worst case, you will create new problems for your health and metabolism, and end up fatter than you started off with.

Yes they do work if you follow instructions properly, I have used them to kickstart my diet and lost quite a bit in the first few months. As long as you don't exceed the daily dose and exercise as well you should lose weight.0

Thank you both. I'm gonna take up swimming first to try and up my exercise, i'd rather loose weight naturally than take pills as I worry about messing about with my body, but I think I would consider it again in the future.
Thank you both :-)0 -
