Hi im right there with you.but what helps is to do something nice for your self .a new lip.stick.and go and put a pair of pant on that were tight at 190 im sure they fit loser now .go for a walk call a friend focus on whats going to be instead of now ..make some goals for next week make a plan for the next 10 pounds…

I would start with chelean and walk to get into things ,you will tone and burn cal for sure with chelean.turbofire is wow thats all i have to say .......i have both ..both very good

I also can relate ,but now i give myself a break and just give myself the ok to eat but just healthly stuff .i get my fix and have the satisefaction of eating atleast good for me food .no gilt .it works .....and that way knowing i ate well some how gets to not to over eat. I hope that makes sense.

Well i would go for fruit , but i think whole wheat pasta of some sort would be good of course ones with out the extra (stuff...cornsyrup..i just know from checking into gluclose. My first thought would be carbs,they dont have to be full of cornsyrup.clean eating dosnt mean starving fuell your body for your workout in a clean carb way .i think it more likely that verses because of your clean eating...

Health food store ,its liquid and no side effects takes alittle longer but worth it .and mixed with real food that contain iron its the way for me to go .....cant take iron pills because of other health isues.

I was eating 1200 and found the same thing ,i know eating 1350 alittle better ,but exercise is key for me because i can eat back some cals not all but some .i look forword to popcorn at night no butter can eat tone with little cal .water is good too for hunger but really you dont want to always feel hungery so i might up…
