I remember my husband received pills from the doctor, he looked at the side effects, threw them away and went cold turkey, saying he probable will get just as much side effects from using nothing then those pills. Bheathfit what is vaping?

Same story here! Even an aerobics workout for beginners I could hardly get through. I have been increasing my carb intake, which I mainly take around the workouts in the morning, perfect :smile: Next to that I went almost 3 pounds down with more carbs, whilst I gained WITH the keto diet!

How much is it really genetically? Isn't it often whole families are bigger because of the same wrong habits? My family is mainly big (obese) and even though I still got overweight I am about the skinniest and was normal weight at some point in my life. I also hear a lot that being big boned is an excuse to be overweight.…

Checking my BMI what someone with my length should weigh about and looking at my posture. I am quite massively build, so a BMI towards 20 wouldn't look good on me, I better go for somewhat higher, towards 25.

Totally! We both are not a fan of Xmas, but hub's mood is to shoot at. He gets so stressed around these days. That would be okay to me, but he is moaning, nagging and preaching the whole day long. :ohwell: Thank goodness he's to bed now! :drinker:

I just increased my calorie intake, just about an hour ago or so. Last week I increased a wee bit already to around 1400, but if you look at my diary from before it was really below 1200 at some days, about anything between 1100 to around 1400 and I must admit that I also didn't always eat everything I wrote down…

1800 kcal Daily Calorie Intake 40 g Carbohydrates (9%, 160 kcal) 100 g Protein (22%, 400 kcal) 138 g Fat (69%, 1240 kcal) and my diary is set to 1700, which is below that already and worst of all is that I barely eat more then 1500, mostly below. I really have to change that!
