I'm so glad that there's a thread dedicated to hard boiled eggs! I know boiling an egg is a science but I can never be bothered to time them perfectly. For those of us who are trying to lose weight and can't afford 400 calories on a beverage, I usually use 1 tsp nutella, 1 c milk and 2 tsp cocoa powder instead. It does come out bittersweet, but I still find it really tasty.
