I found that setting a specific time to deal with my emotions (stress, sadness, whatever) has really helped me to stop eating my emotions. I set aside 10-15 mins (you choose) to stress out, then that is it. Even if I am done after 5 mins I still will stress for the full time. I don't allow myself to eat during this time.…

I want to lose at least 80 lbs. 50lbs is a great place to start. I need all of the help and motivation I can get. I started today, eating healthy and exercising :) day 1 down :-p
