Reduce the carbs by using half and half cream or Almond breeze milk. I use 1/2 cup soy milk, ice, pp and 1/4 cup frozen fruit. As i drink mine after a workout the muscles soak the carbs up immediately so 26-2 grams of fiber is pretty decent. Michelle
