  • Apple Pie Protein shake! 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce' 1/2 cup skim milk or almond milk about 8 ice cubes sprinkle generously with cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice (if you have the last two - if not use lots of cinnamon) blend and eat! SOOOO delicious!
