try logging in to MYP after each and every meal then it will help you make better decisions in what food to eat.. also, it would be a lot of help to check out the nutrition labels of the food items you buy at the grocery store.. it sure does take up a lot of your time but you'll get to be informed better..

I suggest that you take a blood chem from the lab so you should really have a good motivation to stick to myp. I just did, that's why I'm back. LOL
