Take a cheat day and eat what ever you want... Do not stop your exercise routine, and the cheat day will go over your caloric goal... It's OKAY.... Im 24 and have 50 lbs to lose (long term goal) and am struggling for that support and/or motivation... I hit the gym five days this past week and the friggin scale hasn't moved in the right direction... I know it's my diet but uhh!!!! Help!!
