Limiting my alcohol. I would not say that it was out of control really, but alcohol is a gateway (for me) to eating poorly. I bit into a Kruncher one time (those puffy potato chips) ... and in one of the big bubbles when I bit down it became very chewy ... I looked, and noticed the "bubble" was FILLED with fuzzy green mold.

Nope, not just you! :| And unfortunately camrunner I've had this now with my running/wicking shirts :( ... guess I'm just "lucky" ... but as camrunner said, there are other threads on here so I'd go take a peek ... I plan to simply run shirtless if the weather is ok, and look into investing in a "compression top" I think…

I used to wonder why guys insisted on running shirtless ... thought it was to show off "the situation" ... ha ... Partial to faster Christian Rock when I'm working out ... next to my faith, I connect to music strongly, so I find that intensely motivating when exercising! :) ... keeps me going that extra mile (literally, lol) ... ~Matt

BTW, little tidbit ... if you chew food fast enough, you'll create enough burn (mouth-cardio) to burn the calories you eat ... give it a whirl ... you just gotta chew REALLY REALLY fast ...

Umm ... helloooooo ... at over 8 pounds a gallon I think water is the problem. And MFP "encourages" us to drink water ... it's a sham to keep us fat and keep using this site.

First of all, congrats on your 36 lbs :) With a walking HR around 150-155 you're still pushing your body pretty hard, and if that's accurate I would go with that. I'll burn about 400 calories in a 30 minute run (doing about 155bpm) ... so while I'm running, you're still pushing your heart to a good aerobic range ... Keep…
