I also just started DDP yoga and really enjoy it. I agree that modification is key. However, does anyone have tips on how to log DDP exercise on MFP?

Well, where are you in your cycle? I've found that I can fluctuate up to SIX POUNDS just from water weight. This is usually what derails me, since before that time I usually am very strict and then I see no/ negative results on the scale!!!!

I will be fifty in 7 years. However, it may take me that long to be "fit." I have always had problems losing weight and keeping it off. Trying something new now that seems to be working. Maybe I can beat my deadline?

Have you tried tops with "flutter sleeves?" sometimes places like Kohl's will have tops that have layers of loose fabric attached at the shoulder that don't bind your arms. Look up flutter sleeves on google.
