I've been wondering about this as well. On the days I cycle, I'm burning tons of calories and I don't know if I should up my food intake for the day or if I should keep it the way it is. I haven't lost any weight in about two weeks now...

I would say don't worry about it too much if you are comparing the size your old clothes are to new clothes you recently purchased. I have clothes that are a size 8 that I can wear, but I cannot fit an 8 in new clothes.

Squats, lunges, and the ellptical are all great for toning and trimming the lower body.
