Don't worry any changes in diet will cause issues. It most likely will go away. I'd stick with healthy eating your system should catch up.

Don't think about it as giving up, think about it as listening to your body and resting when it needs it - just on a temp basis. Then when your body is conditioned you can do all the insanity your want. When I have sore legs, I cut back on my activity, use Tiger Balm and take walks.

I think HBO has one out right now, something like "Weight of the Nation"
-
When I change my workout, it not uncommon for me to add 3-4 lbs. it is not fat it is water. just keep with the plan.
-
I divided the workout into upper and lower, alternate with a day between, so each half of the body has 3 days rest. I mix cardio up, sometimes after a lift, sometimes on the off day.

work out a little extra if you want, but don;t kill yourself. 1,500 cals isn;t that much in the big picture, it is only 5% of what you've lost so far. It all averages out in the long run. Yesterday I calculated my loss to date equaled 200,000 cals, why stress of a few 100 here and there. just don;t make a habit of it.

Sweet = sweet peppers, baby carrots, snap peas, any fruit. Savory = White cheddar rice cakes

Wow you got to figure out a way to reprogram your brain with respect to how you feel about working out. Try rewarding yourself with something sweet after the workout. Eventually the workout alone will become rewarding.

Absolutely not!

My personal rule of thumb is: if hungry eat them back, not not, don't. Basically listen to your body.
-
Eat all the veggies you want. Don;t think of it as a diet, think of it as a lifestyle change,

Some of your estimates of cals burned seem high. What are you doing for these 100 minutes? How are you coming up with these numbers? It is possible you are overestimating cals burned. I'd also eat a little more, your body might be doing everything possible to hold on to fat due to severe cal restriction. Finally, 3 weeks…

I take a protean bar to the gym, eat it between the strength and cardio. Then when I get home I have more protean in the form of a recovery drink.
-
Yeah it is only 2 lbs because 40% of participants regained the weight, but a higher ratio of protean lead to 25% weight loss. Also they only exercised moderately for 90 min per week.
-
Is it just me or are these 2 observations inconsistent? A higher ratio of protean lead to 25% more weight loss, right?

That's is milk out of the nose funny.

I take Omega 6. I can;'t really tell a different, but I eat a lot of fatty fish and nuts for I'm getting plenty of Omega 6 anyway.

Just hit goal today. Not entirely satisfied, going to loss 5-10 more and evaluate from there. Regardless I'm going to use MFP until I feel comfortable, but I'm never going to stop weighing myself, and if I see a trend up, I'm back on.
-
Don;t drink your food. Drinking cals doesn't leave you as satisfied as eating. Just eat quality real food.
-
Eat real food, skip McDonalds, biscuts, and fried rice. How are you estimating calories burned. Some of those numbers seem high to me.
-
Really cool, huh!

Your net cals do not need to be negative. My net cals today will be around 2000. Ate 3,000 burned 1,000 net = 2,000. Your net cals should be what MFP suggests, 1,200 for example.

Sure on an individual basis SOME people may have metabolism issues. But I firmly by and large across broad populations thinner people have different behaviors than fat people. How do you explain the increase in obesity in America over the past generation? Did we all go through a genetic transformation which impaired our…

What is your BMR?

I munch on raw veggies. Baby carrots, snap peas, vine sweet pepers. OR Go for a walk

Your still kinda whining.... Our brains are not static, overtime we've programmed them to think a certain way. We can reprogram them. At any rate, get up an move: walk, ride a bike, etc. Once you get more fit try the gym again, you might like the gym after you are fitter and you brain experiences the positive feeling a…
