I have done the same thing.. I use to love three musketeers after month of wanting on. I gave in and realize halfway thru I don't even like them. lol

I was feeling the same way and decided to up my calorie count ..(2weeks) I feel more content with food and I was just thinking I'm ready to go back to the lower count.. Just remember this is your goal and even though it's a new discipline it not meant to be punishment.

I'm on the scale all the time but I only update my weight weekly.. Even though the scale goes up and down I feel a little less like I'm on the roll coaster..

Thanks everyone I'm going to join.. They have this Key that goes in each machine and is programed to know your routine.. I'm really excited to learn how to work all of them.. Even if I only keep it for the year I will have learned a lot.. so I'm going to look at it as a educational experience..

Our Gym's daycare is for children 0 to 12.. If you have the Family play 12 and up can have there on fitness routine.
