I think, just from seeing the posts, it's easy to tell there are a couple ways to handle the situation. I'm not sure what will work for me yet, but I know something will. Honestly, I can really relate to this. I don't yet listen to music while running because I'm building up a playlist, but I definitely do the distance game bit. It helps soooooo very much. I also get low Vitamin D, but I was balanced out with the 50kIU pills. I really should begin taking supplements again. Wouldn't hurt.

Indeed they have, but not during actual menstruation. However, because my extreme fatigue begins before any bleeding, I'm skeptical it's anemia. I'll speak to my doctor about testing during my actual period.
