Love my kitchen scale! It's great for accurate measuring, especially while cooking. Before I was underestimating how much a chicken breast weighed. Now there's no question. Use it for measuring dry pasta and cheese too. Excellent kitchen tool!

When using the clinical strength make sure you're putting it on before bed. It works overnight to keep you from sweating so much the next day. You can even apply some regular deodorant in the morning if you feel you need it.

I have both and have completed both and I prefer Ripped in 30. Level 1 of 30 day shred was too easy IMO. In Ripped in 30, she hammers specific muscle groups back to back making it more challenging.

Their turkey burger is pretty good. Just get it without the bun and only 1 slice of cheese if you want it. Pair it with a side of broccoli and you've got yourself a pretty good meal for not a ton of calories.

You can use unsweetened applesauce in place of the butter or you can use plain greek yogurt. Even just replacing some of the fat will help!
