So I weighed in today- and I gained. Drats! I didn't really exercise this week. I was focussing on logging my food. I did pretty well with that. I was over by about 100-200 cal/day, but I thought I still should have lost. Maybe next week I will be in for a big surprise. My personal goal for next week is to continue logging…
