  • Today I did 75 minutes of water aerobics. This isn't push the water to the left, push it to the right - this is an intense class. running, jumping, kicking, cross country skiing, treading water, shooting hoops, jumping jacks, leep frog - I get hot in the pool and have a lot of fun.
