I also stayed the same this week. I did manage to work out 4 times this week, which is 4 times more than I have in the last few months. I've been really busy at work. This week I plan to keep up with the workouts and really stay within my calories.

I haven't tried it but I've been thinking about it. When I do use the scale, I use it everyday, which is not good. I think I'm going to stop and continue counting calories but focus on how I feel and how I look. I say if you're happy how you are, then that's all that matters. Who cares what the scale says.

That used to happen to me all the time. Now, I cut my vitamin in half. I take half in the morning and half at night, both times with food. I think taking the whole thing I may have put too many vitamins in my body at once.

I'd say talk to your doctor about the zoloft issue. If that isn't it, it sounds like you may not be eating enough for what you're working out. How do you tolerate spinach? When I need a snack, sometimes I make a shake. I put a scoop of whey protein, some strawberries and spinach and blend it with ice. You can't taste the spinach at all. It tastes like a strawberry smoothie, but still getting some leafy nutrients from the spinach too. I hope this helps.

I drink green tea as well, in the morning and before bed. During the day all I drink is water and I put lemon or lemon juice in it. The lemon juice is supposed to help speed your metabolism (so I've heard) but I like that it masks the flavor of plain water.
