You can do it! You're on the right track already. I think what has helped me has been easing into things (and not everyone on MFP will agree with me). Try slowly reducing your calories over a week or two to what MFP recommends.

Thank you that was awesome. :flowerforyou: I've been putting how I feel when I eat in my food notes if I overeat. It kind of helps me keep perspective.

You'll get a lot of hate on here for doing CrossFit. Just be careful not to strain yourself. This is maybe something you don't want to jump into if you haven't done any sort of exercise in a long time but if you have you'll be fine. Good luck!

I told a friend about it who was also trying to lose weight. After signing up she basically berated me and said I was crazy and obsessed with weight loss. Her view was it is too extreme to log everything and anyone who does must be obsessive or have an eating disorder. *eye roll* So, now I just keep it to myself.

Eat something really decadent not just a kitkat get the craving out of your system. Chocolate cravings usually indicate your body wants magnesium. :smile:

Those mini candies for Halloween. They were like a 100 calories per candy and I was like it's not even a real candy bar! :cry:
