Jason "the juice master" Vale has some great recipes for smoothies and juices - you can get a free download if some on his website as well. One of my favourites is his breakfast smoothie 2 apples Generous handful of mixed summer fruits (fresh or frozen) Big dollop of natural yoghurt Handful of muesli or Oat granola Lush :)

I had a horrible plateau in January and the first half of February. I did a week long juice cleanse and that kick started things again - in the end I didn't even do it very strictly - just swapped my breakfast for a smoothie, and then either at lunch or dinner and stuck to a salad on the third meal. Really worked for me…

Ive landed is right - the biggest hurdle is in your head! Your housemate has an opinion that calorie counting doesn't work - they are entitled to that opinion. What they are not entitled to do is force that opinion onto you! You are also entitled to make your own choice whether to agree with it or not! I've been here…
