Congrats!!! I just got back on track after a few months of not doing anything. Hopefully I can get results like yours soon!

I just re-started on Monday. I was doing very good last year until the holidays came and everything went down the drain. I was at 142 and now I'm at 160. My goal is to reach 142 again by September since we are going on a beach vacation, and then 135 overall by the end of the year.

This! My hubby and I love planning healthy dishes for the week and then cooking together! We also go to the gym together, even though we have different workouts for the most part. We live in GA so, even though it's pretty cold, it's still nice enough to hike. We do that sometimes. Going to the movies is always great, and…

I have the up and unless is treadmill work or walking/jogging, I enter the calories manually. Even if you time your workout, it wont detect a lot of it if it's in one place. For example, I lift 3 times a week, but my up doesn't detect any movement.

Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't. I tend to eat at least half of my workout calories back since I burn around 800 calories per workout. And yes mfp overestimates the amount you burn. I am a SAHM of two toddlers and spend a great part of my day chasing after them, picking up stuff from all over the house and lifting…

The hubby and I are going as Amy and Sheldon from the Big Bang Theory.

Everything... the only clothes I could fit in was my maternity clothes although I was already 6 months postpartum.

5'2" here! I started my weight loss journey at 210 lbs and I'm now 145 lbs. My ultimate goal is 135 and when I get there I'll re-evaluate and see if I need to maintain or loss a coupe extra pounds. I also want to build some muscle so I can lift more weight!

Great job so far! You can add me and I would try to help as much as I can :)

Anything that is not "healthy" I consider a cheat. I eat out once a week (or if Im craving something) and always stay under my goal, but I still consider it a cheat day since there is much more fat, carbs, sugars, etc... that there would be in the food if I had made it myself.

4-6 miles a day, 6 days a week. Lately I've been walking at 3.9 m/h at a 15 incline (as much as the treadmill allows). When I started changing my diet I was 210, then when I started adding exercise I was 190. Right now I'm 149. My goal is 135 (I'm 5'2") by January 16th. That's my daughter's birthday and since that was the…

Hi there! I'm 28 years old and a stay at home mom of 2 girls (1&2). Before I got pregnant with my oldest daughter I was around 150 lbs, still overweight for my 5'2" body, but not by too much. After she was born I started losing weight pretty quick, and gave for granted that it would continue that way. Because of bad eating…

I'm more of a jogger and incline walker with some running mixed in. I workout 6x a week and use the tread mill every time. I've been covering around 5 miles a day, but most of it is done with a 4.0 mph speed and a 15 incline (or as much as the tm will allow). I run at 6.5 mph in blocks of 3-4 mins every 100 calories…

Don't do that! I'm 5'2" and during my teenage years and my early 20s I did that and it was terrible. Yes, I did lose the weight and reached my 105 lbs goal, but as soon as I relaxed a little and started eating more, and of course also drinking alcohol while going out, I blew! I went from 105lbs to 150lbs very quickly! It…

Hi there and welcome! I was diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes during both of my pregnancies, which increases the risks of developing type 2 in the future, added to the fact that I'm Hispanic which already puts me in danger of having diabetes. I've been working hard for the past 10 months to get healthy and in shape, and…

My boobs are still there lol. I haven't noticed any difference in them. I heavy lift 3x a week. Squats, bench, overhead, dead lift and rows for strength. And then I use the small dumbbells (10 lbs) the other 4 days for definition. I can see a big difference in my arms, clavicle area and shoulders, but my boobs seem the…

Hi there! As a kid I was too a little overweight, when I turned 16 I got worried about being fat and started dieting all the time, to the point that I was only eating once a day. I did lose a lot of weight and at that point I was around 155lbs at 5'2", I looked good, but felt like crap. Later on in life I figured that I…
