I was shocked after we picked up one of those Hormel 'REV' wraps the other day. This one was labeled as #7. net weight... 3oz. it looked harmless enough. 290 calories (25% of my day); 50% of the saturated fat for a day; 40% of the daily allowance of sodium. All this goodness in a large 3 oz serving. :noway:

I fell over several times when I started with the clipless pedals... that can hurt and you feel and look silly tipping over so watch it. However they add greatly to riding and leg toning.

I am new here at MFP and just found this thread. I started riding again a couple years ago.
