The only ice cream I keep in our freezer is HyVee Galaxy Bars. They are vanilla ice cream on a stick dipped in chocolate, REALLY good and only have 110 calories and even if I indulge in 2 of them its only 220 calories. YUM.....:tongue:

My favorite salad is kind of boring, but I love it anyway. Lots of lettuce, a few cherry tomatoes, green onions, cukes, bacos, croutons, and Catalina Light Dressing. This is only my opinion, and I may be wrong, but I feel you should eat more then 1000 calories a day or your body may thinks its being starved and you may not lose weight as fast as you would if you ate more calories.
