I think after you've been home for a week or so that weight gain will come back off. When I go on vacation, I walk more and I'm more active and I still seem to weigh more when I weigh in that week. The next week its gone. Its probably just water. You'll be fine.

Theres no need to kick you, we all go thru this sometimes. It WILL get better. You didn't say how much weight you'd lost in the last month, so maybe you're doing better then you think. I LOVE tomatoes right out of the garden with salt and pepper on them. I actually keep salt and pepper in the garage and when I pick tomatoes theres a couple of them that don't make it into the house...:happy:

We all do this at one time or another, don't get down on yourself! As my husband tells me, when you fall off the horse get right back on and start riding. You know, that 7 lbs may not all be true weight gain, when you're stressed our body does some NOT SO FUNNY things to us. Have a great weight loss week!
