So your body goes into survival mode cause it thinks its being starved so it hold on to whatever food you get & the pounds start packing on even though you're not eating. It plays havoc with your blood…

Medications (specifically infertility drugs), pregnancy then menopause! Also severe stress & lack of sleep both of which are known to cause major belly fat. Throw in a few injuries that limit mobility and increased eating through all of the above & you have major wight gain!

We cook boneless chicken breasts every Sunday .. That way there's enough around for kids sandwiches, to throw in salads, as a small protein snack, etc. we love spicy food so just marinate it in our favorite hot sauce then roast in the oven.
