If you don't log the walking and whatnot, just change your activity level to moderately active or whatever you think fits.(If it's not there already) It's important in making sure you're not eating too little.

intermittent fasting has helped me deal with self control issues, drinking a ton of water ( feel like crap if i don't), being able to eat the things i like in moderation <---that one is huge, i would die without chocolate, and checking out success stories. I am so super motivated by seeing other people succeed. :)

exercise gives me wicked headaches. maybe it's that?

Every time I work out, I leave feeling so much larger than I did going in. ): I actually don't enjoy working out because I feel like a lard after I get home and take a shower. Walking is the only thing that makes me feel leaner and stronger and whatever.

I alternate between 1200 and 1500, zigzagging I suppose. I am hoping to lose 50 pounds to start with, and see how I feel there. :) I'm 5' 10", around 200 pounds, and hold my weight ridiculously well, so I'm not sure exactly how much I need to lose to be at my ideal shape.

I too, was really big at 13, booo childhood obesity. i was wondering how tall you are? & of course, congratulations on the weight loss, keep it up! :)

I would just like to say kudos to you for taking responsibility for you daughter's health. That is truly wonderful. My own mother did not do that until I was veerryy overweight, and she was very harsh and not very helpful. It's a touchy thing to try and help a daughter, so best of luck. :)

Walked out of the house twice yesterday, once for the post office and another to go shopping, and got hit on both times :) needless to say, my boyfriend wasn't quite as happy about this nsv.

I do the same thing. Helps me stay on track during the week. :) I don't have a scale, so I don't know how much weight I'm losing, but I definitely feel thinner and healthier, so it's working for me.

For a creative writing class I was asked to pick a pen name, so I choose b.c. pie...short for banana cream pie. I don't even like banana cream pie, not sure why I like the name so much.

I just moved to San Diego and there is caloric information posted EVERYWHERE. It's insane. It's posted on the outside of places. I'm from WI and where I lived there wasn't caloric information anywhere...you'd be lucky to get it if you asked lol.

My best friend is tiiiiny and she smokes pot all the time. I've smoked a few times and I always want to just stuff my face. :p wish i could smoke and not want to eat the whole damn house.
