  • I completely understand. Some days I feel awesoome but then some days I'm just down in the dumps about my body for no reason. Its so irrational...not like I gained 20 pounds overnight but I feel like it :p

  • I moved out a long time ago, but my mom was ridiculous! I was pretty young and would ask her to buy some healthy foods (was an obese child, sad face) and she'd be like "deep fried cheese curds ARE healthy because they have CHEESE" I was young, not retarded :p

  • i understand completely. seems like some people are really trying to rag on you here, but I get it. If I see someone at the gym who is there to show off, it makes me feel weird for going to a gym to actuallly work out, and there's a problem with that. Hang out at the mall if you wanna show off and look pretty, yannow?

  • I love coffee! I am cheap though...so I usually have my coffee at home. Pretty boring, I know. I like a little bit of sugar and some milk. I doo love some flavors of creamer though. :) Also, I'm glad somebody else explained it because I suck at defining!
  • Bigelow green tea is the best, doesn't need sugar. :) they have a bunch of fruity flavors and are all light and yummy.

  • I felt great at 175. I was thin and super happy with my body. I'm 5'10" and either have a ridiculous amount of muscle mass or big bones or whatever, because I have yet to see anyone at 200 with the same structure as me. :s

  • This also happens to me, you could concentrate on your calorie goals for the week rather than by the day. This way, you can listen to your body...and that has to be good, right? :)

  • I was this way for sooo long. I have no idea what changed in me, but I can now say I don't obsess over food and it feels wonderful. I hope someday you get the same results and I wish I could tell you what helped me. Best of luck
